Are you a City of Rockingham resident at the time of application * Required

Have you received a Youth Encouragement Grant during this current financial year? * Required

If answered YES you are ineligible to proceed
Have you received a Youth Encouragement Grant for the same program in previous years? * Required

If answered YES you are ineligible to proceed
Are you attending a reputable and recognised program with accredited trainers or program operators? * Required
