Eligibility

Are all selected representatives for the team reside within the City of Rockingham? * Required

If answered NO you are ineligible to proceed
Have all team members been selected to represent their chosen sport or recreational activity at national or international level at an accredited event held outside of Western Australia or Australia? * Required

If answered NO you are ineligible to proceed
Have any of the selected representatives already received a Travel Grant within the same financial year for this competition with the same team? * Required

Only one grant per person/team per competition per financial year is permitted
Can you supply proof of selection from an approved governing body with the team application? This must include a copy of the official selection letter on letterhead, listing each team member’s name and confirming their selection, travel details, and level of representation (including competition dates, location, and other relevant details).

Have all selected team members acquitted any previous Travel Grant funding they have received?
If answered NO you are ineligible to proceed
Does this program commence within four (4) weeks or less from the date of submission? * Required
