You must meet the following criteria to proceed:

Are all team members residents of the City of Rockingham? * Required
If NO is selected you are ineligible
Has the team or any of its team members received funding for a Travel Subsidy Grant this financial year? * Required
If you tick YES you are ineligible to apply. Only one grant per person/team per competition per financial year is permitted.
Have all previous grants awarded to the team, club/organisation, or any team members by the City of Rockingham (if applicable) been acquitted? * Required
If NO is selected you are ineligible

Is your event start date at least four (4) weeks from your application lodgement date?
