2025/2026 General Grant

The City of Rockingham supports incorporated not-for-profit organisations and associations, or organisations limited by guarantee, that are based in, or provide services to, the Rockingham community. Funding is provided for programs, projects, events, and initiatives that deliver clear community benefit.

Processing Time

General Grant applications require a minimum of 30 business days to be assessed from the date a complete application is received.

Applications will not be processed until all required information and supporting documents are submitted, including (but not limited to):

• Quotes
• Financial statements
• Insurance documents

If your project or event is scheduled to commence within 30 business days of submitting a complete application, it will be deemed ineligible.

Before You Submit Your Application

Before completing your application, you must ensure that you have:

• Read the Community Grants Program Guidelines, including all eligibility and ineligibility criteria (Section 2)
• Discussed your application with the Community Grants Officer prior to submission (this applies even if you have previously received funding)
• Successfully acquitted any previous grants
  (Note: Applications may be rejected if acquittals are outstanding or submitted at the same time)
• Obtained quotes for all expenses you are seeking funding for
